PITCH IT UP Shipping Policy

We use customised Pitch It Up boxes with a logo on the outside of the box to protect your goods during transportation.

Orders are sent with an Authority to Leave (ATL) in a safe place at the address you have specified on your order. No signature will be required. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is suitable for receiving ATL parcels safely.

All orders received by Pitch It Up will generally be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of purchase.  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Rates for Australia

Standard Shipping via Australia Post (estimated 3 - 6 business days)
Flat-rate of $15.95 applies to all orders below $200.
Free shipping for orders $200 and above.

Note: Pitch It Up is not able to guarantee Australia Post shipping times.

Rates for New Zealand

Standard Shipping via Australia Post and their partners (estimated 7-14  business days)
Flat-rate of $32 applies to all orders, except where specified on a special offer.

Other International Destinations:

South Africa & Maldives: Standard Shipping via Australia Post and their partners
             Flat-rate of $95 AUD applies to all orders.

India: Standard Shipping via Australia Post and their partners
             Flat-rate of $120 AUD applies to all orders.

USA: Standard Shipping via Australia Post and their partners
             Flat-rate of $160 AUD applies to all orders.

Other destinations worldwide (except Taiwan, Japan & China):

Tariffs and Duties:
Where payable, tariffs and duties remain the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid in advance of shipping, or upon receipt at Customs, depending upon your location.  Where payment is required in advance of shipping, Pitch It Up will make contact with the customer to facilitate, after the order is placed. 

Pitch It Up is not responsible for any shipping delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country's port of entry. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable taxes and duties prior to purchase.

**Important:  The AC Adaptor is compatible with Australia and New Zealand power points. A USA-Compatible AC Adaptor is also available upon request and will automatically be provided when shipping to the USA.
A universal adaptor may be needed for other countries to make the supplied AC Adaptor compatible for use in your country. The universal adaptor is not supplied by Pitch It Up.

Tracking of orders:
Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number via email that you can use to check your order shipping status on the Australia Post Tracking website and AusPost app.

Additional Terms:

By placing an order at Pitch It Up, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping if refused by you at delivery or if your parcel is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided.

For Australian residents with a MyPost account, Australia Post will notify you with delivery updates via the AusPost app, email, or SMS depending upon your MyPost account preferences.
